Geothermal hot springs. Mud pools. Kiwis. Rich culture. We found everything in one place – Te Puia. It is located in the North Island of New Zealand, near Rotorua. We took 2 guided tours in Te Puia. Te Ra which was the day time tour & Te Po, which was the night tour.
We also had a lovely dinner at Te Puia’s Pataka Kai. Overall, we feel it was one of the most enriching experiences during our New Zealand trip. Whenever you visit NZ, visiting Te Puia should be on top of your bucket list!
